My first time shopping at Torrid and I was there to buy clothes for a funeral. Mary Ellen was my sales lady and she did an excellent job in helping to find me clothing that was not only appropriate, but fit me well and was also comfortable. She was kind, compassionate, and patient with me. She was pulling clothes she thought would work for me to try on and she found me outfits for both the wake and funeral. Very happy customer, so much so that I applied for a Torrid card......I will be back!! Thank you Mary Ellen!!

Everyone is so nice there!! Not to mention for a clothing store for plus size women the multiple styles and colors for clothes are very nice for a variety!! I go here for most of my clothes and I can always find my perfect size for everything!! I appreciate as well that all the store workers (to my knowledge) are all plus size women as well who have an opinion on clothes in the store and are willing to help whenever you need it! If you havent already go check them out they sell alot of amazing clothes and you might even find something extra you might like!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus sizing is easier to understand by actually looking at the tags. Prices are reasonable to high depending on the "department" (aka bras are expensive lounge wear average for not Walmart).

I found what I was looking for at a great price. I will be going back. My jeans fit great, quality of clothing I am happy with. If you join the rewards you get a big discount. I was told if you see something better grab it, merchandise goes fast and they bring in new merchandise all the time. There sizes range from 10-30. I found a great place to shop for clothing. They have shoes, bras, underwear, jewelry, coats, jeans, tops.

My experience was wonderful and fun. With the help of a wonderful woman named Mary Ellen, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for (a dress for a wedding), plus an unexpected, really cute top. I think I have just found my new favorite store.

I was looking for a good place that has bras and cloths for plus size and I found torrid. I tried on and bought some of their clothes and bras. I felt more confident in my body with their clothing line. The workers are so kind and very helpful. They care about their patrons. Love the one in Rockford.

Love this store and sales girls are very nice. Just wish store was bigger. Glad i can order online and go to store to try on. If i don't like it i can get a refund. Makes buying clothes easier. You don't get stuck with something that's not what you thought it was. Love it!!

Great Variety of Styles and The Clearance Sales Are Great!! They Are Always Happy To Help Me Find What I Need. PS They Have The BEST Swimwesr for Curvy Girls!!
